Ted was thought to be a boring, regular penguin at the start of the comic, but grew increasingly more suspicious throughout as he was seen doing weird creepy scary spooky stuff with Scott. In 2011, it was revealed he WAS weird creepy scary spooky and was evil! Ahh! Ahh! Ahh! Ahh! Ahh Scared
